01 / About
CSF

I've spent over a decade doing the unglamorous work that makes big, complicated programs actually ship — the dependency maps, the stakeholder alignment, the retros nobody wants to run but that make the next sprint better.

I grew up in New York City before my family moved out to the suburbs — and I've come full circle, raising three kids of my own in New Jersey now. If you've ever tried to keep a household of five roughly on schedule, you already understand most of what program management actually is.

I'm PMP, PMI-ACP, A-CSM, and SAFe SSM certified, but the letters aren't the point. They're proof I don't wing it. What I actually care about is clarity — turning a mess of moving parts into something a team can execute on Monday morning.

Off the clock, I'm probably chasing good light for a photo, tracking down whatever restaurant everyone's been talking about, or just outside — trail, park, beach, wherever, I just need the air. Same instinct as the day job, honestly: pay attention to what's actually happening instead of what you assumed would.

Right now I'm exploring my next program leadership role, and building out how I talk about this work publicly — case studies, video breakdowns, the stuff nobody teaches you in a PMP course.

07 / How I Work
01

Clarity Over Chaos

Simplify first. A team that understands the plan moves faster than a team with a fancier plan.

02

People First, Process Second

Process exists to support the team, not the other way around. When it stops helping, I change it.

03

Say the Hard Thing Early

Bad news doesn't age well. I raise the risk in week two, not the retro after it's already a problem.

04

Ship the Next Right Thing

Momentum beats perfection. Progress is a habit, not a milestone you wait for.
