The Scenario

25+ dispersed branch and satellite offices were running outdated thin clients that needed replacing for VDI performance, security, and compliant disposal. Every device coming out of service carried real risk if it wasn't wiped correctly: NIST 800-88 and GDPR both had a say in how that had to happen, on top of the hardware refresh itself. And it wasn't a single rollout, it was 25+ of them, each with its own local hours, technician availability, and blackout periods, including offices housing company executives in major U.S. cities.
